Roger Lee Mullins

Roger Lee Mullins, 78 years old of Somers, WI passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital.

He was born November 2, 1947, in Virginia, the son of the late George and Mildred (Prater) Mullins. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam, where he served as an airplane mechanic.

Roger married Renee Alderson and they later divorced, but remained close friends. He later met Shirley Tufts and the two spent many years together before going their separate ways.

Roger loved debating politics and theological aspects, with his daughter, Tiffany; they also enjoyed talking about astrology and many other things. He was a mechanic through and through – if it had an engine, he could fix it. He always knew how to keep busy.

Survivors include his daughter, Tiffany (RJ) Mullins-Gurascio; a brother, Allen (Virginia) Mullins; grandchildren, Tyler Remus, Taylon Remus, Teagan Remus, and Tia Mullins; great-grandchildren, Athena, Apollo, Atlas, Aries, Aurora, and Adaline; step-grandchildren, Jenni and Kara Guarascio; step-great-granddaughter; Estelle; Shirley’s son, Henry Tufts; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by a daughter, Tanya Renee Mullins; brothers, George Mullins Jr and Chris Mullins; nephew, Jeff Mullins.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2026, with a funeral service commencing at 11:30 a.m. Interment with military honors will follow in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park, Somers, WI.

I bought my first car from Roger and we had it in the family for many years. I have many happy memories spent over at his house with Tiffany. He will be missed.
