Lois C. Spiegelhoff

Lois C. Spiegelhoff, 87, of Kenosha, WI, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at Aurora Medical Center.

Born on January 25, 1939, in Burlington, WI, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Lucille (David) Martin. She attended local schools.

On May 6, 1961, she married Kenneth Spiegelhoff in Burlington, WI. In 1967, they moved from Kenosha County to the city of Kenosha. Kenneth preceded Lois in death on May 27, 1997.

Lois was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary of Pompeii Catholic Church and the Holy Rosary Ladies Society. She enjoyed reading, walking, and singing.

She is survived by her three loving daughters, Theresa (Mathew) Loewen, Kathleen (Mark) Sadowski, and Julie Spiegelhoff; six grandchildren, Jake (Kelly) Loewen, Zach Loewen, Emily (Jordan) Christensen, Jeremy (Karen) Sadowski, Jason Sadowski, and Kyle Sadowski; three great-grandchildren, Liam and Ellie Sadowski, Brooks Loewen, and another addition on the way, Jack Christensen; four brothers, David, Jerome, Thomas, and James (Carol) Martin; and three sisters-in-law, Joyce Spiegelhoff, Elena Spiegelhoff, and Rita Frye. She is further survived by other special family and friends.

Lois was also preceded in death by her daughter, Beth Spiegelhoff on September 13, 1978; four brothers, Donald, John, Richard, and William; and three sisters, Mary, Letitia, and Jean.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at Proko Funeral Home from 9:45 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary of Pompeii on Thursday, at 12:30 p.m. Interment will be private in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Holy Rosary would be appreciated by the family.
