Ada “Delia” Ruffolo, 84, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates, IL, surrounded by loved ones. Delia was born on April 1, 1932, in Marano Principato, Provence of Cosenza, Italy, to the late Angelo and Elena (Ponzio) Bilotto. She married Carmine G. Ruffolo on February 10, 1958, and they ultimately settled in Kenosha. Delia was an awesome chef and so many of her family’s favorite memories are talking and laughing over some homemade dish. She loved to cook, garden, shop, and most of all spend time with her grandchildren. She was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church for 50 years. She is survived by her loving daughter, Adriana (James) Rahfaldt; two grandchildren, Matthew Rahfaldt and Nicole Rahfaldt; three brothers, Samuel (Luisa) Bilotto, Luigi Bilotto and Aldo (Giannina) Bilotto; three sisters, Emma Juillard, Lidia Barone and Ersilia Bilotto; a brother-in-law, Giovanni Ponti; as well as several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Carmine Ruffolo; and two sisters, Maria Ambrosio and Mirella Ponti. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 26th, at Proko Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 27th, beginning with a prayer service at the funeral home at 10:15 a.m. and Mass celebrated at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum.
