Sharon L. “Mom” Moreno, 66, of Kenosha, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2016, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus. She was born in Chicago, IL, on March 31, 1949, the daughter of the late Louise Johnson. She was married to Harry Moreno in the seventies; he preceded her in death in 1996. Sharon enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, cooking for them, reading and loved animals of all kinds. Surviving Sharon are her three children, James Moreno, Kathryn Moreno and Christopher Moreno, all of Kenosha; and two grandchildren, Ciffy Stopa-Moreno and Lincoln Elwood Moreno, both of Kenosha. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister. A memorial gathering will be held at the Proko Funeral Home on Friday, March 18th, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
