He was born July 4, 1920, in St. Paul, MN, the only child of Arthur and Gerda (Anderson) Johnson. He also loved to play cribbage and bridge, read, travel and spend time with his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and relatives. Warren’s deep faith grew as an active member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Kenosha. Through the years he served in many capacities: Parish council, teaching new members to the faith through RCIA, and Serra Club. He was a member of the dental professional organizations: ADA, WDA and KDS. As president of the Kenosha Dental Society in 1957-58, he was instrumental in bringing fluoridated water to prevent cavities in the Kenosha area. He was preceded in death by his parents and step father, Morall F. McLeod. His first wife, Jeanne, passed away after 13 years of marriage in 1961. Warren is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mary Kremer Johnson; his three children and their spouses, M.
