Earl E. Welch, Jr., 68, of Burlington, WI, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 7, 2016. He was a longtime resident of Kenosha, WI. Earl, also known as “Farmer,” was a Chrysler retiree after 33 years, who enjoyed his model tractors and spending time telling stories of his youth. He enjoyed collecting lawn mowers and repairing them. He was the son of Earl E Welch, Sr. and Margaret Lily Newman of Burlington, WI. Earl is survived by his daughter, Fallon Inez Rousseau; his grandsons, Andrew Michael Lundgren and Alekzander James Rousseau; and his former wife, Susan Renee Welch.
