Cooper G. “Coop” Eickstaedt, 21, of Kenosha, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 26, 2015. Born in Milwaukee on January 21, 1995, he was the son of Jeff and Lisa (Ammendola) Eickstaedt. A lifelong resident of Kenosha, he was educated in local schools and graduated from Tremper High School in 2013. After he graduated, he attended the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and also Gateway Technical College. Coop was employed by the RecPlex in Pleasant Prairie. He loved music, photography, fishing and skateboarding. He enjoyed riding ATV’s and motocross. He also enjoyed playing basketball and cheering on his favorite state teams. Most of all, Coop will be remembered for his big heart, caring for others and his laugh. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Lisa and Robert Dixon of Kenosha; his father and stepmother, Jeff and Tracy Eickstaedt of Kenosha; his brother, Calvin Eickstaedt of Kenosha; his stepbrothers, Tyler Dixon, Mitchell Anderson and Ben Anderson, all of Kenosha; his girlfriend, Alison Charette of Kenosha; his maternal grandparents, Bino and Karen Ammendola of Pleasant Prairie; and his paternal grandmother and step grandfather, Nancy and Ronald Knickelbine of Wild Rose, WI. He is further survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Gerald Eickstaedt.
