Janyce A. Gray, 66, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Monday, October 13, 2015, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus. Born on November 8, 1948, in Ashland, WI, she was the daughter of the late Vernon E. and Beverly E. (Driscoll) Gray. Janyce received her Master’s Degree and was proud to have been a teacher for Kenosha Unified Schools for 32 years. She enjoyed bowling, bridge, cross stitch, needlepoint and reading. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Surviving are her three brothers, William Gray and Richard Gray, both of Kenosha, and James (Claudia) Gray of Trevor; nieces and nephew, Jennifer, Julie, Matthew and Erin; and great-nephews, George, Finnigan and Salinger. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Bob Gray; and a sister-in-law, Lynne Gray. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 20th, at Proko Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Tuesday at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
