Frank H. Powers, age 72, of Kenosha, passed away with his family by his side on Saturday September 5, 2015 at Hospice House of Pleasant Prairie.He was born in Waukegan, IL on October 1, 1942, a son of the late Albert and Mildred Green Powers. The family moved to Kenosha where he was educated in the Kenosha school system. Frank served his country in the U.S. Army 126th artillery 32nd Red Arrow Division and later served in the National Guard. He was a painter and general contractor for various companies. He enjoyed watching television especially old westerns, “John Wayne” being one of his favorites.Surviving Frank are his two sons; James (Kim) Powers of Milton, WI, and Jason Powers of Kenosha, four grandchildren; Samantha, Nick, Jacob and Rebekah, two brothers; Richard (Connie) of Pleasant Prairie, and Albert (Barb) Powers of Monona, WI.
