David L. Caputo, 68, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully Monday, November 17, 2014, at his home. Born in Kenosha on June 13, 1946, he was the son of the late Frank and Rosemary (Clemente) Caputo. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was employed by Ocean Spray until his retirement in 2004. He also owned and operated Pizza Man restaurant in Union Grove. David loved hunting, fishing, the Green Bay Packers and collecting fishing lures. He is survived by his lifetime companion, Judy “Jay” Stoner of Rochester, WI; his children, Danielle (Tyson) Leonard of East Troy, WI, Noelle (Chris) Mooney of Racine and Gabe (Holly) Stoner of East Troy, WI; and eight grandchildren. David was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Donald. Funeral services will be held at Proko Funeral Home on Thursday, November 20th, at 1:30 p.m. Interment will be held on Friday, November 21st, at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 21731 Spring Street, Union Grove, WI 53182, at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the funeral home from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
