Mary Lou Whitney
Mary Lou Whitney, 76, formerly of Paddock Lake, passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2014, at Oak Ridge Care Center in Union Grove. Born on September 3, 1937, in Hutchinson, MN, she was the daughter of the late Lyle L. and Evelyn (Bitney) Turman. On February 15, 1958, she married Charles Whitney in Chicago. Mary was employed by Gateway Technical College as a secretary. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Parish. Mary is survived by her loving husband, Charles of Paddock Lake; three children, Karla Jean Bushmaker of Issaquah, WA, Cynthia L. (Ralph) Whitney of Trevor, WI, and Jeffrey B. (Nora) Whitney of Aliso Viejo, CA; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Susan Turman. She was preceded in death by her sister, Jean Coghlan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 27th, at St. Francis Xavier Parish (Brighton), 1704-240th Avenue, Kansasville, WI 53139, at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass. Interment will be private.
