Georgeanne Pestka, 62, of Racine, formally of Kenosha, went home to her heavenly father on March 6, 2014, at the Hospice House of Kenosha. Georgeanne was born on April 28, 1951, in Kenosha. A lifelong Christian and a living example of the love of Jesus Christ, Georgeanne was happiest when sharing the gospel of Christ. Georgeanne was an amazing cook, enthusiastic movie fan, gifted decorator and adoring mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Georgeanne is survived by her daughters, Melissa (Dominic Lazzara) Sebetic and Jessica Pestka; her grandchildren, Paige Sebetic, Taylor Dobra and John Rowley; three great-grandchildren; her niece, Lori (Roderick) Blazavier; her aunt, Helen (Sebetic) Hunt; and her nephew, Doug (Kim) Roderick. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mirko and Marion (Brautigan) Sebetic; her brother, Frank Sebetic; and her sister, Lynn (Sebetic) Roderick. A celebration of Georgeanne’s life will be held Wednesday, March 12th, at the Kenosha Country Club, 500-13th Avenue, Somers, WI.
