Timothy W. Pierce, 52, of Kenosha passed away Monday, December 16, 2013 at St. Catherine’s Medical Campus in Pleasant Prairie. Born on December 23, 1960, in Zion, IL, he was the son of Wayne and Wanda (Strickland) Pierce. He was educated in the schools of Zion, coming to Kenosha in 2010 to make his home. Throughout the years he had been employed by various construction companies. Surviving are his five children, Johnathan Pierce, Thomas Pierce, Robert (Amanda Cannon) Pierce, Samuel Pierce and Alexander Pierce, all of Peoria, IL; his mother and step-father, Wanda and Larry Koenders of Gurdon, AR; a sister, Tamara (Mark Adams) Pierce of Zion, IL; his half-brothers and sister, Christopher(Tracey) Pierce, Michelle (Mario) Morin and Rich (Jamie) Hartnell, all of Kenosha; a grandchild, Cerenity Glazbrook; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Pierce, and his grandparents. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 20th, at Proko Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at North Bristol Cemetery.
