Kathleen Watkins passed away on Monday, November 18, 2013, peacefully among family following a stroke. She was born in Kenosha on May 3, 1937, the daughter of the late Arthur and Bertha (Rubsamen) Dielmann. She graduated from Bradford High School. On January 14, 1957, she married Maxwell L. Watkins at Friedens Evangelical Church. She enjoyed and cherished her family and friends. She was a woman who always placed everyone before herself. Kathleen will be remembered by her three children, Sandy (Mike) Stephan of Plymouth, MI, Greg (Virginia) Watkins of Kenosha and Scott (Megan) Watkins of Burlington, WI; five grandchildren, Ashley (Shawn Sweeney) Watkins, Allie Stephan, Joe Stephan, Jake Stephan and Tyler Johnson; and three great-grandchildren, Cameron, Connor and Noah. She also embraced others as family. In addition to both her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Greco, and her husband, Max Watkins. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd, at Proko Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
