Orland Redo, 91, formerly of Kenosha, late of Rochester Hills, MI, passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2013. He was born in Racine, WI, on October 21, 1921. Orland graduated from Kenosha High School and then from Purdue University with a degree in engineering. He was a WWII veteran. He was employed with American Motors Corp, retiring in 1984. Orland was an avid boater, teaching Boating skills with the Power Squadrons for many years. Survivors include his daughter, Traci (Bill) Day of Lake Orion, MI; his sister, Eileen (Michael) Gallo of Kenosha; and his grandsons, Christopher and Jonathan Day. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary (De Rose) Frulla and Joe Frulla; his wife, Mary T (Gullo) Redo; and a sister, Gilda Schiaffino. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 30th, at Proko Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at St. George Cemetery.
