Donna Dee Meyer, 70, of Kenosha, passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2012, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus. Born on August 15, 1942, in Stevens Point, WI, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Hazel Callows. She was educated in the schools of New Lisbon, WI, coming to Kenosha in 1962 to make her home. On December 9, 1972, she married Donald A. Meyer at St. Mary’s Lutheran Church. A member of St. Mary’s Lutheran Church, Donna liked to attend church services on Sunday and go antiquing. She took pleasure in spending time with her pet dogs Sadie and Buster, had loving memories of Missy and Sam, and loved telling stories about her grandchildren. Donna is survived by her husband of 40 years, Donald; her four children, Valarie (Scott) Pfarr of Silver Lake, WI, Kennedy (John Ryan) Rockwell of Ventura, CA, Vicki (Steve) Metallo of Kenosha, and Jamie (Matt) Schroeder of Brookfield; a sister, Carol (Joe) Schultz of Beaver Dam, WI; her five grandchildren, Danny, Steven, Cory, Ella and Owen; and one great-grandchild, Cody. She was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Cone; and a grandson, Chris Pfarr. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 10th, at St. Mary’s Lutheran Church, 2001-80th Street, at 1:00 p.m. Interment at All Saints Mausoleum will be private. Visitation will be held on Monday at St. Mary’s Lutheran Church from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
