Our beloved mother and friend has passed away on Monday, June 25, 2012 at Brookside Care Center at the age of 89, with her family at her side.She was born in Kenosha on November 7, 1922 to the late Frank and Mathilda Houston. On November 11, 1939 she married the love of her life Lee L. Hagopian, Jr. He preceded her in death on July 22, 2002.She was one of the founders of Lee’s rent it, past president of Royal Neighbors of America and a homemaker who loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved to cook and bake especially at Christmas. She loved to shop and next to her family it was at the top of her to do list.She is survived by her children Milton (Dorothy) Hagopian, Carolyn Odom and Jeffrey (Joann) Hagopian, two brothers, Dennis (Carol) Houston, Richard (Kathy) Carlson and her niece Marion DeGuire; her nine grandchildren, twenty seven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sons; Lee and Arthur Hagopian; a grandson Gilbert Lundgren and granddaughter, Kristine Trotter; sisters Edna, Pearl and Lucille.A memorial service will be held on Tuesday July 17th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthews Episcopal Church in Kenosha.In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to St. Matthews Episcopal Church or the Hospice Alliance.
