Paul B. Persson, 63, of Kenosha, WI, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025, at Aurora Medical Center.Born on March 7, 1962, in Cherry Valley, IL, he was the son of Howard and Shirley (Yerk) Persson.On September 11, 1992, Paul married Klaudia Kuehn. Together they took many weekend getaways to Keshena Casino where he would play the slots. He also loved camping, which started as tent camping, then upgraded to a pop up, and eventually a trailer (with a bathroom) in their favorite locations; Blackhawk, Lazy Days, and Moose Lake. He loved to tinker in his garage building birdhouses, having fish frys, or watching sports. He loved to inland fish and deer hunt. His solace was being surrounded by the water and woods. Paul is survived by his wife, Klaudia, of 33 years; children, Mykel Robinson and Bradley Persson; mother, Shirley; sister, Carla (Steve) Smith; and sister-in-law, Cindy Persson.He is preceded in death by his father, Howard and brothers, Ray and David.A memorial visitation will be held at Proko Funeral Home on Sunday, December 14, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the National Kidney Foundation ATTN: Finance Dept. 30 East 33rd Street NY, NY 10016 or www.kidney.org
