Jeffery Louis Belcher, 60 years old, a lifelong resident of Kenosha, WI, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at Hospice Alliance Hospice House in Pleasant Prairie, WI.He was born March 1, 1965, in Kenosha, WI, to the late Louie and Martha “Belle” (Blackford) Belcher. Jeff was educated in local schools and went on to become a carpenter. He worked for Camosy Construction for 40 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, spending time with his family and friends and gambling.On January 31, 2007, he married Mary Kay (Hoppenjan) Smith in Mexico.Survivors include his wife Mary Kay Belcher of Kenosha, WI; two daughters, Amber (Andrew) Dietz and Amanda (Cabrio) Saldana both of Paddock Lake, WI; three stepchildren, Jason (Debra) Smith, Matthew (Nicole) Smith, and Rachel Smith, all of Kenosha, WI; 7 grandchildren, Owen, Hannah, Scarlett, Kyleigh, Kaden, Hadley, and Linley; siblings, Greg N. (Rita) Belcher, Pam G. (Dennis) Jantz, Penny R. (John) Grno, and Rhonda L. Lowry. He is further survived by many other loving family and friends.In addition to his parents, Jeff was preceded in death by his sister, Rita Lucas. Private services and interment in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park will take place at a later date.
