James L. Stollings, 84 years old of Kenosha, WI passed away Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Grande Prairie Health & Rehab Center, Pleasant Prairie, WI. He was born January 12, 1941, in Chapmanville, WV the son of the late James Wesley and Lou Flursie (Workman) Stollings. James grew up in Chapmanville; he proudly served in the U.S. Army and later the Army Reserves. On September 1, 1965, he married Patricia Sealey in Joliet, IL and she preceded him in death in 2011. James worked as a tool and die setter for Wrought Washer Mfg. for many years before his retirement.James loved being outdoors, hunting and fishing. He was an avid fan of NASCAR, the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He will be greatly missed by his Jack Russell Terrier, Pixie.Survivors include his children, James (Laurie) Stollings and Stacy Stollings; a brother, Floyd (Yvonne) Stollings; grandchildren, Rachel and Daniel (Jess); and a great-granddaughter, Severine. In addition to his parents and wife, James was preceded in death by a brother in infancy, Johnny Stollings; and sisters, Eloise Hensley-Addair and Tina Dalton. Funeral services and interment are entrusted to Evans Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV. The family was assisted locally by Proko Funeral Home.
