Anthony “Tony” Mianecki, 85, of Kenosha, WI, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born on August 17, 1939, in Racine, WI, he was the son of the late Anton and Mary (Dobrowski) Mianecki. He attended local schools and graduated from Lena High School. On October 21, 1961, he married Kathleen Fortino at St. Casimir Catholic Church. Tony was employed by American Motors/Chrysler for 47 years, until his retirement on May 31, 2006. He was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, fixing things around the house, working on cars, and attending car shows. Tony is survived by his wife, Kathleen “Kathy” Mianecki of Kenosha, WI; two children, Phillip Mianecki and Laura (Edward) Mianecki-Sunderland; two sisters, Mary Mianecki-Williams and Betty Mianecki-Vega; three brothers, Carl Mianecke, John Mianecki, and Joseph (Barbara) Mianecki; and other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Barbara Weglarz; brother-in-law, Charles Williams; and son, Edward Mianecki.
