Edwin P. Spiedel Jr., 76 years old, of Chicago, IL, passed away on November 29, 2024, at his home in Kenosha, WI.Ed was born on August 5, 1948, to the late Edwin P. Sr. and Mildred (Rudzinski) Spiedel. Ed, a veteran, was a man of few words and lived a simple life. He was an avid golfer, often doing well in the local senior league. He always cheered on the Bears and Hawks.Edwin is survived by his children, Eric (Kristin) Spiedel, Lindsey (Steve) Rossi, Patrick (Clare) Spiedel, Kelly Spiedel and Scott Spiedel; sisters, Mariann Roehrick and Loisann Patrick; and grandchildren, Aubrey, Abigail, Kaylee, Annabelle, Bowen, Keerin, Odin, Alexander, Hayden, Andrew.In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by his siblings, Charles “Chuck” Spiedel and Barbara Hensley.Family will gather privately. He will be laid to rest at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove with full military honors.
