Jean and family,I lived in Belfair from 2001-2012 and got to know Mike through golf and other club activities and remember meeting you from time to.time.I was also a founding member of Secession Golf Club and when Mike decided to join,he asked me to be one of his two sponsors. What an honor that was to me.Mike was a real mans man ,loved golf and I found him to be a very kind and considerate person.jean I know you requested donations be made to a Catholic charity but Secession had two members who worked for Cantor-Fitzgerald who loss their lives that fateful morning of 9-11-01 on the top floor of the World Trade Center.Secession set up the Leveen- Roach Scholarship Fund which has provided close to three million dollars to local deserving young people to provide college scholarships.I know how proud Mike was of Secession and how much he enjoyed being a part of it I would like to make a donation to our scholarship fund in Mike’s’ memory. The world will be a lessor place without Mike in it and I for one ,am truly saddened by his loss.Jean ,all the very best to you and your family and take very special care of yourself right now. Mike was one of the kindest and welcoming person I've known. His smile said it all. When I first started at Snap-on back in the early nineties Mike went out of his way to make me feel welcome. He continually went out of his way to introduce me to people and to get me involved in business and social activities. I loved golfing with Mike. I loved just stopping by his office and shooting the breeze. We had sausage and pepper sandwiches at Tenutas. We talked about our Italian heritage. We hung around at events together. We worked together on various business/legal projects. Mike was the kind of person you just want to be around. He stood up for people and things he believed in. He didn't waiver. I do think of Mike and I will miss him.Dan Garramone

He set high standards and accomplishments for himself and encouraged others to reach their full potential. Our condolences to Jean & the entire family. Mike will remain in your hearts and with Christ forever. I first met Mike at UW-Madison in 1968 and coincidentally we were both hired at Snap-on in January 1971. Mike's leadership and communication skills helped many people at Snap-on and in the Kenosha community, including me. He was my boss for a while and helped guide me to better jobs within Snap-on. He was also there to counsel and console me when my parents were failing and passed away. RIP Mike in the arms of Christ.
