Ronald J. Frederick born in Kenosha, Wisconsin October 9, 1932, he died peacefully on March 1, 2024. He was the son of the late Lawrence and Elizabeth (Christman) Frederick.After graduating high school Ronald served in the United States Air Force from 1952 to 1960, before working for American Brass for 32 years.Ron happily retired in 2007, most recently working as an executive director and project director for Senior Community Services of Southern Wisconsin, Inc., but even in his retirement he served on the Kenosha Board of supervisors, representing District 11, 2010 to 2022. Ron served many boards and organizations in the community, Gateway Technical College Board of Trustees, Steelworkers Union Local 9322, Kenosha AFL-CIO Council, Southeastern Wisconsin Workforce Development Board and the Kenosha Police and Fire Commission. In addition to his parents, Ron is preceded in death by his brother Lawrence (Larry) Frederick andsister Jacqueline (Jackie) Roberts.Ron is survived by his soulmate and love of his life, Judy Jensen of Pleasant Prairie; children, Sheryl Foerman of Indiana, Frank Frederick of Kenosha, Linda Frederick of Kenosha, and Steven Frederick of Mukwonago; six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; sister Judith Mueller of Kenosha; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other friends and family.Visitation will be at Proko Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM with services at 6:00 PM.
