Brian C. Beth, 86, of Bristol, joined his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, February 18, 2024, at Brookdale Senior Living with his family by his side. Born on June 14, 1937, in Kenosha, WI, he was the son of the late Frederick and Esther (Michels) Beth. Brian attended grammar school in Kenosha and graduated from Central High School. On February 15, 1958, he married Beth M. Wilson at Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Wilmot, WI. She later preceded him in death on June 25, 2014. He was employed as a Deputy Sheriff for Kenosha for 29 years and retired as a Captain. He also had various side jobs during that time as a Security Guard at a powerplant company and custom combining throughout Kenosha County. Brian was one of the original charter members, a Deacon and treasurer at Southport Baptist Church. He loved spending time in his massive garden growing the biggest vegetables you have ever seen! He loved to make apple cider and apple sauce. He was well known for his woodworking skills that he shared with 4-H groups and his family. Grandchildren would get some sort of rocking device whether it be a rocking horse, cow, truck, plus many more. He would make porch gliders, intarsia birds, and picture frames for his children. He is survived by four children, Bruce (Tia Smith) Beth, Marjorie (Danny) Volbrecht, Bradley (Jacqueline) Beth and Bill (Michelle) Beth; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Clifton (Lindsay) – Ryder, Adisyn; Miranda (Cory) – Louie; Briana (Steven) – Arianah, Aubri, Phillip; Gary (Kristy); Michelle (Venny) – Mitchell, Emily, Lexi; Adam (Ashley) – Jacob, Rowan, Bryce, Kelsie; Rebecca; Josh (Nikki) – Jaxon, Jagger; Jesse (Hannah) – Evelyn, Everett, Eleanor, Emmett; Jeremiah; James (Shannon) – Harper; Garrett (Monica); Kate – Cooper; Dustin (Courtney) – Walker; Alyssa; Cassity (Tyler); Braden (Maddie); Damon; and Tony; brothers, Warren (Ruth) Beth, and Glenn Beth; daughter-in-law, Nancy Giles; and sister-in-law, Sandra Beth. Along with his parents and wife, Brian was preceded in death by his son, Brian K. Beth; brother, Roger Beth, and sister-in-law, Karen Beth. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024, at Proko Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. A service will be held the following day, Saturday February 24, 2024, at Southport Baptist Church, 13266 Wilmot Road, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will immediately follow to Bristol Paris Cemetery. Bruce, Marjie, Brad, and Bill: I am so sorry to read about the passing of your dad. We are never really ready for it. A dad is just that mental security blanket we carry.
