Leroy Raymond Webb, 78 of Kenosha, entered eternal rest at home on October 20, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Leroy was born to the late Edwin and Esther (Cass) Webb on July 21, 1945, in Kenosha, WI where he remained a lifelong resident. He graduated from Bradford High School and DeVry Institute. On March 9, 1968, Leroy married his high school sweetheart and the love of his life, Darlene Whyers at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Kenosha. A lifelong hard worker, Leroy was an electrician at American Brass for 15 years then at JI Case for 26 more years before retiring in 2009 to spend life and laughs with his family. A man of many talents and endless kindness, Leroy will be remembered as a “Jack of All Trades.” He could fix anything and was determined to help everyone. His generosity, humor, and adventurer’s spirit led him to make friends wherever he went. Leroy was a proud member of the Fortunate Souls and of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association, where he was affectionately known as “U-Turn.” An explorer at heart, Leroy loved to travel. Whether going for a cruise, camping, or continent-hopping, he found adventure in every journey. For the past 12 years, Leroy and Darlene have wintered in Florida, spending their time walking along the beach together. Whether or not he was in Wisconsin, Leroy was a dedicated Packer fan and a proud shareholder. Above all, he cherished spending time with his family and friends and doting on his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Darlene; daughters, Sandy (Gregory) Vittone and Cherie (Michael Badham) Webb; siblings, Linda (the late Bill) Herriage and Daniel Webb, grandchildren, Andrew Vittone, Megan (Alec Szwiec) Vittone, Heather (Katie) Abbott-Davis, Amber (Mike Hulkoff) Davis, Autumn (Blake) Sylvester, and Robert Webb; and great-grandchildren, Virlana and Orion Sylvester, and Alvin, Starr, and Tanisha Hulkoff. Leroy is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and granddogs. In addition to his parents, Leroy was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey Webb; and his brother, Edwin Webb Jr. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at Proko Funeral Home with services commencing at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park, Kenosha, WI.
