Nancy J. Ulicki, 71, of Kenosha, WI, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023, at Select Specialty Hospital, St. Francis, WI. She was born February 20, 1952, in Indianapolis, IN, the daughter of the late James and Rosalyn (Gacey) Redding. Nanc grew up in Indiana and then settled in Kenosha in 1970. On May 12, 1973, she married the love of her life, Keith Ulicki, in Lake Geneva, WI. They had two daughters, Brenda, and Karen. Early in their marriage she and the girls traveled the country with Keith during his professional racing career. Nanc then went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from UW Milwaukee School of Architecture and Engineering. She worked as an architect for ten years before joining Keith to run the family business - Uke’s Harley-Davidson in the early 1990s. She used her talents to help design the now iconic dealership in Kenosha, WI. Nanc loved life and lit up a room with her smile and her laugh. She carried herself with beauty and grace. She loved organizing and bringing people together, whether intimate dinners or huge dealer events. Nanc and Keith traveled the world and shared many exciting adventures. She loved riding or being Keith’s passenger on dozens of Harley trips. Nanc was an avid Packer fan and enjoyed being in Green Bay for the games. And when not at Lambeau, she preferred the beach in St. Croix. She was a licensed captain and avid sailor as well as a very talented artist who expressed herself through her paintings and drawings. But her favorite thing of all was spending time with her family doing anything from running dirt bike camp, to taking the family on trips. Her absence will be felt by many. She leaves behind her loving husband and best friend, Keith; daughters, Brenda Ulicki and Karen (William) Lobacz; nine grandchildren, Britnee, Kyle, Cole, Frankee, Max, T.K., Kamee, Ryder, and Greyson; and a great-grandchild, Westen, all of Kenosha, WI, as well as three siblings. She also leaves behind many other relatives, good friends, and co-workers. In addition to her parents, Nanc was preceded in death by two siblings. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 8, 2023, at Proko Funeral Home. Visitation will continue from 10:30 a.m. until time of services at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, October 9, 2023, at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park, Kenosha, WI. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to Hawthorn Hollow Arboretum, in her memory. So Sorry,Keith and Nanc where mentors to myself in the Harley Business. We went to Saint Croix on a family vacation and spent time on dealer trips. When my Son jack and I rode cross country we spent the night in Milwaukee and went out to dinner. As we rode up the the dealership Kieth and Nanc where waiting at the parking lot for us to arrive. Always considered her a friend and would share my daughters Claire's experience as she works towards being an architect!John Brinkworth Buffalo Harley-Davidson

We knew Nanc from her time at Gentle Winds Condos on St Croix with her husband Keith. She loved their place there, the community, and the island. Nanc was so proud of how they had remodeled and decorated their unit. I don't know how many wooden carriers Keith made to bring original art Nanc had found to their unit or back to Wisconsin. She served several terms bravely as the Home Owners Association President. Using her Architectural Degree and License she helped Gentle Winds greatly in formulating designs and specifications for painting the buildings, remodeling the clubhouse, and the rebuild of the pool. She was a major force in the rebuilding of Gentle Winds after Hurricanes Irma and Maria assisting her husband Keith. Nanc was not talk, she was action giving back to the community she loved. From the first time we all met at a dealer trip years ago, it was an instant friendship! We are beyond blessed and honored to have had the chance to know Nanc. Her beautiful smile, amazing spirit, and genuine care and love for others will always be a reminder to me of what a true, classy woman is! Dealer trips and shows, visits in Kenosha, rally work at Uke’s, some shared meals, and a some Brandy Alexander’s…we will surely miss you, Nanc.

Nancy and I were friends long ago as children, spending summers in Lake Geneva. Spent a lot of time at one another's homes in LG. Nancy being from Indianapolis and me being from Chicago brought some fun jabs back and forth about our "accents". She always told me my a's were way too long! Lol. I loved her beautiful smile and fabulous laugh. I am so sad to hear she has passed. My condolences to her family.

Nancy was absolutely 100% one of those people that was larger than life. When I married into the family, she took me in, and told her brother Jay that he got lucky - well I was the lucky one. Throughout my marriage, Jay and I would visit every first weekend in August, and it was a very special time with many memories. When Jay got sick, each sister took times coming to Louisiana, and I will never forget Nanc calling me her “Goofball” - and it remains with me today. Loved and cherished by so many people, she will live on in the hearts of all who loved her. Barb Redding
