I remember my Uncle Don had the best laugh and the most genuine smile. Whether he was fixing my car that would break down all of the time when I was 16, or taking me up to visit Aunt Sue and Uncle Jim in his cool camper so Donna and I could ride up on the top bunk (very safe — but it was the 80s and before seatbelts), he was always smiling. Rest in peace.

We joined Dawn's family for cookouts back in the day. Her family was welcoming and generous. They have always been very close; and will continue to celebrate life together with the memories of Donald to cherish.

I have many great memories of Don. When we were little he would always go and pick up a 24 case of Glen Rock Soda for his 3 little sisters. When the first atari came out he bought that for us (had plastic that you put on the front of the tv to play ping pong) We loved it! When the air hockey table came out he bought that for us too. When the microwave first came out he bought that for my mom. When my our mom pasted away he came over to my house to check on me to make sure I was ok. And the last super sweet memory was in Oct of last year, he checked in on me to make sure I was okay when hurricane Ian hit Florida and wanted to know if there was anything he could do for me. He was a great big brother!!!

I had been discharged from the army and was driving home in my jeep . I broke down on the tollway 20 miles from home . What should I do ? I called reliable uncle donnie who responded in his tow truck and towed me home.
