I'd like to pass along my sympathy to Chuck and the rest of the Lange family. Julie was a great and friendly person to work with at Lincoln Middle School. She will be missed by many friends, family and the LMS community! Julie's presence brought happiness and a sense of calm in the school community and her friendship with fellow staff will always be remembered.

Some of my favorite memories of Julie over the years were in my library at Lincoln Middle School.I observed how happy all of her students were whenever Julie brought them often laughing loudly in the conference room.I felt she truly had all of her children's needs at heart.

I have great early memories of my cousin Julie spending the holidays at Grandma Obenberger's house in Kenosha and vacationing in the summer at Sunset Shores on Medicine Lake in Three Lakes. She was like a big sister to me back then and I always looked up to her. She will be greatly missed. Our deepest sympathies to Chuck and the Baetz family.

I hired Julie in the winter of 1985 to start her teaching career at Lincoln JHS. She was an exemplary educator who loved her students and her school. She volunteered to work with all of Lincoln's students on various activities and was a great colleague. Julie was a leader, a go-getter and always ready to pitch in. She participated in the Platteville Middle School Summer workshop Lincoln teams. Julie also hosted staff parties and former staff gatherings at her home. She was always positive and upbeat even during her battles with cancer. I loved, respected and am honored to have called her a friend and a colleague. God bless you, Julie!
