Lynda and I have been friends since 3rd grade. We would hang out together. We had some fun times. She had such a love for animals . I remember before we would walk to school she would feed the birds outside in the backyard. She had such a big heart not only for the animals but for people too. Especially those in need and alone. Although we were not close by to see each other we kept in touch by phone or text. I am going to miss that. You will be greatly missed my friend.Lynnette

I have never known anyone as caring and generous as Lynda. She always went the extra mile to make everyone, person and animal, feel special and loved. The world certainly lost a bright light. Rest in peace Lynda. You've earned your spot in heaven.💔 Till we meet again, Mickey

I worked with Lynda at the Health Department prior to her retirement. She always friendly, helpful and greeted me with a smile. I absolutely loved her sense of humor and we had a lot of good laughs. I am so sorry for your loss, in sympathy, Kara Furst.

Lynda was my friend and best buddy as a teenager. I thought of her last week when I read that this year is the 50th anniversary of George Carlin being arrested at for saying the five words you can't say on TV. We were at that show and went down to the police station to see if we could see him (seriously!). Although we lost touch over the years, I've thought of her often with a smile.
