Margaret Ann Tradewell

Margaret A. Tradewell, 75, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 17, 2022, at her home, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Born in Kenosha, March 30, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Marano) Calchera. A lifelong resident of Kenosha, she was educated in local schools and graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1964. She went on to KTI/Gateway for a secretarial degree. On October 6, 1984, she married Bill Tradewell at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church. Margie worked as a senior secretary and receiving clerk at Johnson Wax for 36 years. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church and was proud to be in choir and assist with their festival by making delicious cream puffs. She was a creative and artistic person who enjoyed drawing, arranging flowers, and cooking. A conversation starter, she was friendly to all those she met. Her beautiful smile will be missed. Survivors include her husband, Bill; two children, Camille (Dale) DeMott and Charles Tradewell; her aunt, Gina (Domenick) Tirabassi; and many loving cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Calchera. The family would like to thank her caregivers, Paula, Rhonda, and Christine. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 24th, at Proko Funeral Home, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 1919 54th Street, at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery. Facial coverings are required for attendance. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church. Margie was a dear and sweet friend. We were in classes together at St. Anthony Grade School and at St. Joseph High School and continued our friendship in our adult years.
