Richard “Rick” Lewis Dowe, 61 years old of Kenosha, WI passed away Monday, January 3, 2022, at Froedtert Kenosha Hospital, Kenosha, WI. He was born January 18, 1960, the son of the late Albert and Betty (Bellaver) Dowe; he graduated from St. Joseph High School, Kenosha, WI and remained a lifelong resident. On May 8, 1982, Rick married Catherine Muhlenbeck in Bristol, WI. Rick was a handyman of all sorts and was a talented leatherworker and woodworker. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. Rick’s sobering reality was being a Papa for his two beloved grandsons, which he would do anything for at any time. The loves of his life were his family. Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Cathy; his daughter, Crystal (Matthew) Feivor of Kansasville, WI; siblings, Donald (Val) Dowe of Kenosha, WI, Nancy (Jerry) Montemurro of Kenosha, WI, and Alan (Nancy Burg) Dowe of Green Bay, WI; grandsons, Logan and Miles Feivor; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 9, 2022, at Proko Funeral Home. Visitation will continue from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 10, 2022, at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 7931 200th Avenue, Bristol, WI, with services commencing at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park, Kenosha, WI.
