To the Ek family, Vern,Paul, Randy, Kathy, and Greg.We cannot tell you how much Mary Lou and her family has meant to us over the years. When we were young and having children, we couldn't always pay for baby sitters so we decided we would take our family on week ends and share our homes and play card games & watch football on Sundays. We vacationed together, Ron and Vern golfed together &, we bowled together in a couples league. Mary Lou was always by my side and I was there for her as the years went by. We will miss Mary Lou & her friendship and the wonderful meals she would cook for us. She was my best friend . So sad to see her gone. We love the Ek family & always will.

Mary Lou & Vern were members of our ABOBS Couples League for many, many years. We also had backyard picnics, Sunday football games, and an occasional brewski with them at Gordy's Club Highview. Sweet couple we enjoyed many a good time & laughs with. Mary Lou was a great cook and contributed her favorite dishes to our get-togethers. She was a quiet lady but made our times together so enjoyable. God Bless You MaryLou, God Bless the Family you left behind! You will be remembered in the many nice memories we shared with you! Farewell our dear friend, Jr and Lorrie Marzini
