I was working with Dale at Johnson Controls at the time he was arranging his marriage to Sara. He shared pictures and stories with his colleagues and was so excited when she was able to move to the United States. He was back working on our campus in Glendale just before Covid, so I was able to see him in the halls and cafe. He was a pleasure to work with as project manager. My sincere condolences to his family.

I had the privilege of working with Dale at Milwaukee a few months back. He was a very good co-worker and an awesome human being. Have never met the family but have heard your stories through him. Because of sudden changes due to Covid, we could not take him out for a farewell lunch and had decided will connect later. Never did we know that the later is not going to come. I wish him peace in the better world and condolences to the family.

I am a loss for words to express my feelings at this time. Dale and I met in Cuzco, Perú, some 35 years ago, we served as companions doing missionary work for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He and I roomed while attending BYU, and did many things together. I could honestly say that there are few men who love their family as much as Dale did, and that is an example for us to follow. Dale wasn't a friend, he was my brother. He loved life, and was a humble man, but a straight shooter, and I appreciated that in him. Thank heaven all we really own are memories, and we can take them with us. Life is short, no matter how many years we get to live, but it's worthwhile when you have people close to you like Dale. I will miss you my dear brother, 'til we meet again. Our love and support are with his family, we're here to help.

I am truly sorry for your loss. I only knew Dale at work for a short period of time. I enjoyed working with him. He will be missed. In my dealing with him I sensed a caring and loving man. He mentioned he was a man of strong faith and I am sure he is a good place now. Some times God calls the good people home before we would all like. I will keep your family in my prayers.

I am very sad. I don't know what to say. I am in shock. I could not work after I heard the news. I can't imagine what you are going through. I enjoyed working with Dale. We worked very closely over the past several months. I am so very sorry for your loss.
