Jamie was my first best friend at Forest Park. We immediately connected because we had the same middle name and it was spelled the same too! We spent hours obsessing over New Kids on the Block and dancing to Paula Abdul and Janet Jackson. This picture was taken at Jamie's Golden birthday party way before digital pictures existed. :) She was ready to take on any challenge and always there for her friends. Was looking forward to reconnecting now that we have moved back to the area but God had other plans. You will be missed always. - Tamara (Merfeld) Patton

After the shock and the tears, I wanted to write a few words about Jamie and so I sat down,And all I can hear is her laughter.A brassy laugh, a belly laugh, a sarcastic laugh, & every laugh in between.Jamie was all laughter, all heart, all light. Kind and giving and thoughtful. And my life was better that I had been gifted her friendship. My heart hurts now, but it makes me smile to know that she's been called home by the clear sound of trumpets to an angelic embrace.. --------My deepest condolences to Len, Alivia & Amelia, and family. - Caleb(802) 289-7864calebjordanschulz@gmail.com

Oh my goodness. My heart breaks for Amelia, Alivia and Len. Jamie's smile would light up any room she walked into and she had the best "go do it" attitude. She made us all want to be better people. Please know that she will be greatly missed. I'm very glad she was a part of our lives. We were all lucky to have known her. I will always remember our chats while the Amelia and Megan were in an activity together, time would pass so quickly as we'd catch up for hours. Please let us know if there is anything you need in the days ahead. HUGS!

I had known Jamie for over a decade going back to our days with Walgreens Health Initiatives. She knew her job well and was always willing to help. She had a very positive aura – lighting up the room, or conference call, whenever she was present. Fast forward – we started working together again this past year when I accepted a role at ARxWP. Jamie welcomed me back (virtually) with open arms, checking in frequently to make sure I have the knowledge needed to present some of our capabilities to our clients. I am forever grateful to call Jamie and friend and will forever cherish the many laughs we shared throughout the years. 

Jamie was my partner in crime, as she was with many people. We were on the Board at Stocker and Mahone. She was always there to help make every event meaningful and wonderful for the kids. The sister moms will forever have a huge hole. Len and the girls know she fought hard to always be there for you. Please remember the sister moms are here for you.
