Stephanie was the kindest and most friendly person I have had the pleasure to know during my lifetime. When I moved next to her home fifteen years ago, she welcomed me into the neighborhood and became a beloved friend and dear part of my own family. In fact, my parents always insisted visiting with her when they came from St. Louis to Kenosha to see me because they thought the world of her, too. I loved to hear her stories about her life before she came to America and the remarkable things she accomplished during her lifetime. It was clear to everyone in the neighborhood that she loved her family deeply and that she was much loved by them., too. I will miss her smile, warmth, good nature, and kindness. I will always be thankful that she played such a significant role in my life.
