Teodoro C. “Ted” Bilotto, 48, of Kenosha, passed away on Monday, November 12, 2018, at Froedtert South-Kenosha Medical Center Campus. Born in Italy on August 16, 1970, he was the son of Francesco and Lina (DePhillips) Bilotto. He moved to Kenosha as a young child and was educated in local schools. Ted attended Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church and enjoyed trips to the casino and watching all sports. Survivors include his daughters, Ashley (Dejhe St. Julien) Bilotto and Katelyn Bilotto, both of Kenosha; his mother, Lina Bilotto of Kenosha; a brother Ed (Leah Wrath) Bilotto of Kenosha; a grandson, Dominic St. Julien; a nephew, Francesco Bilotto; and two nieces, Alyssa Zanotti and Emily Cravens. He was preceded in death by his father, Francesco Bilotto; and his sister, Amelia Ward.
