I danced at your wedding, had many social parties at your place and mine and up north. Only a few years ago Dan and Pam sang together at my xmas party til the wee hours, and gave me the honor of being godmother to their son Matt. Dan was a quiet man, a gentle man, and a "gentleman". He will be sincerely missed. deepest sympathy, Georgie.

On behalf of the Kenosha Fire Department family, both active and retired members, our sincere sympathy to Pam and family. We share in your sorrow. "Captain Dan" was a brother firefighter to us, and we loved him as such. He fought the good fight, and would NEVER let cancer define his personality. We have a tradition of "Taking Care of Our Own"....and we will do so at Dan's memorial service. We wish you many fond memories of Dan and the good times you all shared together. We certainly have many. God Bless Our Fallen Brother. In sorrow.........Richard "BO" BosankoBattalion Chief-RetiredKenosha Fire Department

Our thoughts and prayers are with you, your family and Dans firefighter family as well. He was the sweetest soul one could ever meet. We worked with Dan at the truck stop 30yrs ago where he'd share stories about Nebraska, his lovely wife and his children. He was in inspiration to our son from the first time he met him as a toddler till he also entered a firefighting career. Dan was a humble man always willing to help anyone in need and will be dearly missed by all those he's touched. God Speed

Words cannot even begin to express our sorrow. To our Warrior Princess and her Warrior Prince...you, two, put up the grandest fight, dedicated to each other to the end and, "to the moon and back." May you, Pam, and the boys, be blessed with memories of happier times, and may Dan's memory be a blessing to you all. Know we both are here for whatever, whenever, the next journey starts......
