Jeanne M. Nicolazzi

1937 ∼ 2018

Jeanne M. Nicolazzi, 81, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 26, 2018, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Kenosha on February 15, 1937, she was the daughter of the late William and Evelyn (Benedict) Wolfe. A lifelong resident of Kenosha, she was educated in local schools and graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School and UW-Parkside with her bachelor’s degree in business. Jeanne went to California and became an X-Ray technician. She then went on to work in social services, and then retired in 1996 from being a Probation & Parole Officer. She enjoyed traveling both in the US and abroad when she could, bowling, shopping and antiquing, but most of all, Jeanne had dedicated her life to raising her sons. She is survived by her sons, David and Daniel Nicolazzi, both of Kenosha; and her two siblings, Joyce and Chet, and their families. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 29th, at Proko Funeral Home, from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be private. I worked with Jeanne for many years at Probation and Parole. She always worked very hard and was as committed to community safety as anyone. She came to work everyday and approached her job in a quiet and professional manner. She served the Kenosha community very well.My condolences to her sons.
