I had the privilege of being John Corrigan’s friend for about 20 years, having met him at Unity Church in Kenosha. Every few months we had lunch together and we always had a great time! I looked up to John. John was the epitome of grace in action. His intelligence, insight, wisdom and level-headedness guided many, myself included, through stormy patches. John was agile and light on his feet. I think this is because his spirit always wanted to move, manifest and soar. Thank you, John, for sharing your steadfast spirit with me. A life well lived, a job well done.

We've only known John for about 3 years but it's been a blessing. We were not the best students John ever taught on our Wednesday morning dance class but he was patient and kind always. John was warm-hearted and friendly, but everyone who is reading this already knew that without me saying it. We are sad for your loss but happy for John that He is now with his sister and Jesus.

So sorry for the loss of John. Yet so wonderful to know that he's with our Lord. We enjoyed John's friendship in the dance community for years. And especially enjoyed the special times he was able to join us for our post Christmas dance dinners to celebrate and share with the Binko's.
