OMG George I can't believe your gone! George trained me at the Cooper House way back when...he taught me how to be a fine dining waiter, but not only that he would give me advice on life...His advice was wonderful, and so was he! I will miss running into him at Festival foods, I will miss his contagious smile and laugh and I will miss him....Godspeed my friend, I

Well this is a bummer to say it lightly. George was a great man and absolutely hilarious. My friends and I used to go to Lenny's when we were just of age and he treated us as equals. We spent many nights listening to Al Green and Otis Redding while George would yell to everyone to SHUT UP when the songs were on so he could listen, sing, and laugh. Always took care of the 3 young "crazy white boys" from the county. I hadn't seen George in a few years and ran into him at the store and immediately asked me how I was doing (I'll spare the real language he used) and how my 2 friends were. He also told me of some illnesses but I know he was a strong man. Can't believe its been almost 20 years since we used to hang out there with him. Always a gentleman, always hilarious. I hope he is at peace. RIP kind sir. You will be missed.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kjEHoz1r3bsAndy
