Evalina DeLoach
Evalina DeLoach, 59, of Kenosha, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Kenosha on August 25, 1958, she was the daughter of Margaro and Angelita (Soto) Santiago. On May 1, 2009, she married her high school sweetheart, Birl DeLoach, in Washington. Evalina is known for her sense of humor. She enjoyed making crafts, dancing and music, baking, and reading romance novels. Most of all, she loved spending precious time with her family, and her strong faith in worshipping God. Surviving Evalina is her husband, Birl; four children, Marisa Ruffin, and Monica, Chayito, and Elisa Ynosencio; mother, Angelita Santiago; 13 siblings; and her grandchildren, Hezekiah, Caleb, Ezra, Angelina, Savannah, and Isaiah. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Margaro Santiago; and a brother, Monserrate.
