Joan M. Collins, 82, of Pleasant Prairie, WI, passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at HCR ManorCare. Born in Oneonta, NY, on October 2, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Stuart and Alfaretta (Card) Jester and was educated in the schools of Oneonta and moved to Kenosha in 1980. Joan was employed with Hewitt Associates for over 20 years. She enjoyed her horses and her dogs. Surviving are her two daughters, Carlette (Larry) Brownell of Amsterdam, NY, and Sharel Eccleston of Pleasant Prairie; three grandchildren, Tanya (Todd) Cramer, Melinda Brownell and Alicia Brownell; and three great-grandchildren, Jason Savoie, Jr., Colton Cramer and Reagan Cramer. She was preceded in death by a sister, Maxine Farro.
