Joyce Patton, 81, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 17th at St. Catherine’s Hospital. Born in Kenosha, on March 13, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Rose (Gregus) Rardin. At the age of 19, Joyce married Edward Laverne Patton. He preceded her in death in 2005. Joyce was a Certified Nursing Assistant, as well as, a Teacher’s Assistant for Kenosha Unified working with special needs children. She truly enjoyed her time spent helping the children. She had several cats, all of which she really loved. Joyce is survived by her two sons, Dan (Karen) Patton of Powers Lake and Todd Patton of Kenosha; one grandson, Pat (Danielle) Patton of Kenosha; two great grandchildren, Alysha and Reagan Patton and one on the way; and her step-granddaughter, Haleigh.
