Timothy M. Ratliff, 53, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2017. Born in Kenosha on February 25, 1964, he was the son of the late Donald P. and Mary (DeLauter) Ratliff and was a lifelong resident. On June 30, 2000, he married Carol Castelli in Negril, Jamaica. Tim was owner/operator of Cottman Transmission in Racine, WI, and was dedicated to his business. He was passionate about playing golf and did so every chance he got. Tim also enjoyed watching the Packers and the Brewers. Survivors include his wife, Carol Ratliff of Kenosha; a brother, Donald J. (Paula) Ratliff of Syracuse, IN; a sister, Seanna (Kathleen) DeLauter of Seattle, WA; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and his many friends from Cooler Near the Lake. He was also preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Andrea Castelli-Reeves; and his little buddies, Karl and Flannigan.
