Marie T. Osborn, 88, of Kenosha, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Medical Center Campus. Born in Chicago on September 1, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Agnes (Finger) Belter. She was educated in the Catholic Schools of Chicago. She married Stanford Osborn. He preceded her in death on October 27, 2002. Marie is survived by her daughter, Janine “Jan” Marshman of Illinois.
