Carol A. Vescova1949-2016Carol A. Vescova age 66, of Kenosha, Entered eternal life on Wednesday December 14th 2016 with her family by her side.Carol was born in Chicago, IL, on December 16, 1949, the daughter of the late Roy and Loretta Carlson. She attended St. Joseph’s grade school in Richmond, IL and graduated from Wilmot High.On February 15, 1969, she married James “Jim” Vescova at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Richmond, IL.She was employed as a secretary at U.W. Parkside, Kent State University in Kent, Ohio and finally with Kenosha Unified at Indian Trail High retiring in 2007.“Carol insisted that her greatest accomplishment was raising two wonderful children and being a devoted wife to her husband Jim”.Surviving Carol are her loving husband Jim of 47 years, her daughter Wendy (Mark) Nickolette, son Aaron (Stephanie) Vescova, Six grandchildren; Briana, Aaron Jr., William and Michael Vescova and Marie and Elizabeth Nickolette, two sisters, Yvonne (Bill) Mayer, Mary Clare Carlson, two brothers, Roy (Dawn) Carlson and Joseph (Nancy) Carlson, sister in-law Sandy Vescova. A Godson Tyler Rosencuter and God daughter Deanna Jarnigo. Two aunts, Barbara Carlson and Grace Klamrzynski, she is further survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many good friends.A Visitation will be held for Carol at St. Mark’s Evangelical Catholic Church 7117 14th Ave. Kenosha, on Tuesday December 20th from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass at 12:00 noon. I am Bonnie's sister-in-law. I had not seen Carol for years but was able to reconnect when she had treatment at St. Cats and I worked there a few years ago. I have always loved Carol's positive energy and I loved to hear about her family. Your family will be in my prayers.
