Goldie McKeever, 59, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus. Born in Chicago, IL, on November 10, 1956, she was the daughter of the late McKinley and Flossie Maye (Patterson) Brown, Sr. She was educated in the schools of Chicago and went on to get her CNA license. Goldie worked all over the world with her travels. She enjoyed painting, singing and cooking. She also took great joy as a baseball coach, coaching all levels from youth to young adult. Goldie was a huge Chicago Cubs fan. Survivors include her two children, Londie (John Winn) McKeever and Richard McKeever, both of Kenosha; five brothers, Gregory Beasley, Flozell Beasley, McKinley Brown, Jr., Phillip Brown and McKinley Brown, all of Chicago; two sisters, Dee Macklin and Gina Hughes, both of Chicago; and three grandchildren, Devince McKeever, Johnveir McKeever-Winn and London McKeever-Winn. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Alton Beasley and Alexander Beasley; and a sister, Frances Macklin.
