Deborah Ann Gilliam, 57, formerly of Kenosha, late of Coon Rapids, MN, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 10, 2016, at Camilia Rose Care Center in Coon Rapids. Born in Kenosha on November 21, 1958, she was the daughter of the late James N. and Alice J. (White) Gilliam. Deborah was educated in local schools. She moved to Minnesota in 2005. Deborah worked at Achieve Adult Service in Blaine, MN. She enjoyed group activities such as bowling, camping, dancing and arts & crafts. Survivors include her three sisters, Wanda Mills of Coon Rapids, MN, Mary Sosbe of Racine, WI, and Shelia Kortes of Racine, WI; six brothers, Bob (Bonnie) Gilliam of Kingman, AZ, Ed (Alice) Gilliam of New Bury Park, CA, Lee (Char) Gilliam of Crivitz, WI, BJ (Norah) Gilliam of New Hall, CA, David (Donna) Gilliam of New London, WI, and Donald Mack (Gracie) Gilliam of Crivitz, WI. She was also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother, James D. Gilliam.
