Tom was a beloved member of the choir at St. Elizabeth's. I first got to meet Tom and hear his beautiful voice when he joined St. Elizabeth's parish a few years ago. As a fellow bass/tenor, I had the privilege to practice with Tom on music for mass, and often got to hear his gentle laugh at choir. I looked up to him as a fatherly figure and he was a source of experience and wisdom for me. Tom had one of the best reading voices I have ever heard as a Lector, deep and rich. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. I send my sincere condolences to all in Tom's extended family, and will keep him in my thoughts and prayers.Sincerely, John (Jean) QuashnockCarthage College

Tom will be missed by his many KUSD teaching colleagues and his Montgomery Ward friends. It was great working with him and learning from him as a teacher and from all his "how to get things fixed" knowledge from Wards and Hillside Hardware. He attended almost every single Montgomery Wards reunion get together and breakfast and enjoyed the stories we shared.
